Welcome to the BSA Recreation League. Our goal is to have fun and to teach soccer skills in a healthy atmosphere of good sportsmanship and teamwork.

This is a recreational program that is open to children in the Beavercreek area and neighboring communities who meet the grade and age guidelines, and WHO ARE NOT PARTICIPATING IN AN ORGANIZED SELECT OR CLUB SOCCER PROGRAM.

Registration for Fall 2024/Spring 2025 season is OPEN thru 21 Aug for Divisions needing additional players.

Important Note: Players who register for the Fall Session are automatically registered for the Spring Session.

Our on-line registration site accepts payment by credit card thru a secure on-line account that is compliant with payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) mandated by all the major credit card associations.

In order that your child is placed in the most appropriate league, carefully review the following information before you register. Soccer players are assigned to leagues according to grade and gender, not necessarily by school (see chart below).

Coed Division Grade Game Days

Pre-K Pre-K M, T, Wed or Th (The player must be 4 years old by 8/1/24 to enroll for the fall season or by 3/30/25 for the spring season.)

K Kindergarten M, T, W or Th and Sat
(The player must be 5 years old by 8/1/24 to enroll for the fall season or by 3/30/25 for the spring season.)

NOTE: Starting in the first grade, girls have a choice of playing in either the coed or girls leagues. Please note that your daughter may be the only girl on her team in a coed league.

FALL 2024 / SPRING 2025 SCHEDULE: As previously noted above, those players that sign up in the fall are automatically registered for the spring season. Fall league is scheduled to start practices Monday, Aug 19, games starting on Sat Sep 7 and ending on Saturday, Oct 12. Spring league is tentatively scheduled to begin practices on Saturday, Apr 5 and end on Sat, May 17.

All games are played at the Ankeney Soccer Complex located on Orchard Lane, just south of the Cadillac dealer. A layout of the Complex can be found elsewhere on the website. Expect a coach to contact players by mid August for the Fall session and mid March for the Spring session. Though games are held at the Ankeney complex, pre-season team practices may be held at Rotary Park and the grass areas surrounding the various Beavercreek elementary schools.

PLAY WITH REQUESTS: The BSA will try to accommodate one request to play with another child if space allows and each requests the other. The requests must be reciprocal. Requests for a specific will only be considered and might not be accommodated.

REFUNDS: No refunds will be issued after the player completes his/her first game unless there are extenuating circumstances. Requests for refunds must be in writing and sent to the Registrar at bsaregistrar@gmail.com. Refunds will normally be sent to the credit card that was used to pay the original soccer fee, but all refund requests should include a return address just in case the credit card refund option is not available. (Important Note: It is best to send an original email with a subject heading that indicates a request for a refund. Replies made to a blast email on an entirely different subject may be overlooked due to the shear number of replies that are often received to a blast email.)

PLEASE VOLUNTEER: The Beavercreek Soccer Association is a private organization and is run by its volunteers and parents. Hundreds of people are needed to operate and maintain this program which continues to grow every year. You are joining the finest and largest soccer program in the area (over 1700 enrolled players). The BSA depends on parents to support this fine program by volunteering their time in various capacities throughout the soccer seasons.
